How to place buy/sell orders on MoneySukh (web and app)?

Steps to buy or sell stocks:

  1. First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.
  2. To download the application, follow the below link:
  1. Then select any particular stock which you want to buy or sell.
  2. After that, if you want to “BUY”, then click on the buy button (blue box), and if you want to “SELL” any stock, then click on the sell button (red button).

Why is the account in debit after placing a stop-loss order?

Following the placement of a stop-loss order, an account may display a debit (negative balance) for the following typical reasons:

  1. Trigger Hit but Order Not Executed
  2. Charges or Penalties Applied
  3. Intraday Losses Settled
  4. Insufficient Funds or High Leverage

Why is there a delay in order placement during market open?

Market opening delays, which typically occur between 9:15 and 9:20 AM, are frequently caused by:

  1. High Trading Volume
  2. Order Queues & Exchange Load
  3. Broker-Side Load

Why isn’t my order getting executed even though it was placed successfully?

For a number of common reasons, your order may be successfully placed but not yet executed:

  1. Limit Price Not Reached
  2. Low Liquidity
  3. Wrong Order Type or Product
  4. Freeze Quantity/Circuit Limits
  5. Exchange or Technical Delays
