Steps to withdraw funds in your MoneySukh Pro app:
- First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.

Q. Why am I unable to withdraw the amount in 'Balance Available'?
You're unable to withdraw the full ‘Balance Available’ because some of that amount may be
- Pending Settlement:
- After selling stocks, you’re free to trade with your available amount immediately; however, you cannot withdraw on the same day. T+1 or T+2 days later (depending on the segment), you’ll be able to withdraw.
- Margin Utilized:
- If the money is pledged or used as margin (for your open positions), it cannot be withdrawn.
Q. What is the withdrawable balance?
The actual amount of money in your MoneySukh trading account that you can move back to your bank account is known as the withdrawable balance.
Q. How much time does it take to process a withdrawal request?
When you initiate a withdrawal in Moneysukh:
- It will be actioned the next business day once you make the request
- If the request is received after the cut-off time (usually 4:30 PM IST), it will be done the next business day. The money will show in your account by the end of that day.
Q. When can the funds be withdrawn if the shares are sold or positions are closed today?
If you sell shares or close positions today, your funds will be available for withdrawal depending on the segment and the settlement cycle:
- Equity Delivery (Cash Market): Settlement cycle: T+1 day Withdrawable the next working day after the trade.
- Intraday Trades/Derivatives (F&O, Currency, Commodities): Profit proceeds are typically settled by T+1 or T+2, depending on exchange norms.
(Funds may be reflected earlier for trading but are withdrawable only after settlement.)
Q. Why was the withdrawal request rejected?
A withdrawal request in MoneySukh may be denied for a variety of common reasons. Here are the primary reasons for being denied:
- Not Enough Withdrawable Balance
- Settlement Pending
- Bank Not Linked
- Amount Withdrawn Incorrect
- More Than One Request and Short Time
- Missed Cut-Off Time
Q. How is withdrawable balance calculated after pledging?
You determine your withdrawable balance after pledging by subtracting the margin from pledged securities from your total balance. The process is quite simple:
- Withdrawable Balance = Total Balance – Margin from Pledged Securities – Pending Settlements – Blocked Margins
Q. My payout status shows ‘Successful,’ but the funds haven’t reached my bank account. What should I do?
If your payout status says "Successful" in the MoneySukh app but there is no money in your bank, here's what to do:

Wait 2–4 Working Hours
Sometimes banks take several hours to post the amount even though the status shows "Successful", especially if there was a heavy load on the system or if it is outside the peak banking hours.
Confirm the Bank Details
Make sure the funds were sent to your correct linked bank account.
Check with Your Bank
- Ask your bank if an incoming NEFT/RTGS transaction from MoneySukh is in a delay or under process.
Contact MoneySukh Support
If it has been over 24 business hours, raise a support ticket or call their customer care.
Q. Can I withdraw funds on bank holidays?
Yes, you are able to put in withdrawals on bank holidays or Saturdays, but they will be processed on the next business day.
On bank holidays or Sundays, withdrawal requests will process on the next business day when exchanges settle (this is via NEFT).
Q. What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Since most platforms, including Moneysukh, set ₹100 as the lowest amount you can transfer back to your bank, this is usually the minimum withdrawal request.
