Q. What is a quarterly refund/monthly refund?

In the context of trading and Demat accounts, a quarterly or monthly refund is the payment of unused funds (ledger balance) that brokers, in accordance with SEBI regulations, periodically return to your linked bank account.

Q. What is a quarterly settlement or running account settlement (RAS)?

Quarterly Settlement (also called Running Account Settlement—RAS) is a SEBI-mandated process where brokers return any unused funds or idle balance from your trading account to your linked bank account on a regular basis—at least once every quarter.

Q. How do I change my payout settlement cycle?

Raise a support ticket or email MoneySukh support:

  •  support@moneysukh.com
  • Request to change your fund settlement frequency (from quarterly to monthly or vice versa).
