Q. From where can I get my login ID?

  • On Your Registered Email or SMS

    After your account is successfully opened, MoneySukh sends a welcome email/SMS with:

    • Your Login ID
    • Temporary password or link to set a new password
  • Or you can contact customer support.

    If you’ve lost or missed the email/SMS:

      Provide your registered mobile/email for verification.


Q. Where can I view and update my current address and bank information?

Steps to view and update the current address & bank details in the MoneySukh Pro Mobile App:

  1. First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.
  2. To download the application, follow the below link:
  1. Go to the profile section and select “Back Office”.
  2. On the Dashboard page, go to the bottom at the “Request” section.
  3. Select “Account Modification
  4. From there you can update your bank as well as your address.

Q. How to activate the Commodities or Currency segment?

Steps to Activate Segments via the MoneySukh Pro Mobile App:

  1. First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.
  2. To download the application, follow the below link:
  3. Go to the profile section and select “Back Office”.
  4. On the Dashboard page, go to the bottom at the “Request” section.
  5. Select “Account Modification”
  6. From there you can activate or deactivate segments.

Q. Where can I find my Demat account details?

You can easily view your Demat account details and profile information in the MoneySukh mobile app by following these steps:


Steps to View Demat & Profile Details:

  1. First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.
  2. To download the application, follow the below link:
  3. Then select “Back Office”.
  4. Tap on the ☰ Menu (top-left corner).
  5. Select “Profile”.
  6. You’ll see key details like:
    • Client ID
    • Demat Account Number (DP ID + BO ID)
    • PAN
    • Mobile & Email
    • Linked Bank Account

Q. How to update income information?

Steps to Update Income Information in the MoneySukh App:

  1. First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.
  2. To download the application, follow the below link:
  3. Go to your profile section and then select “Back Office”.
  4. Tap on the ☰ Menu (top-left corner).
  5. On the Dashboard page, go to the bottom at the “Request” section.
  6. Select “Account Modification”.
  7. From there you can change or update annual income-related details.
  8. By setting a range of annual income and uploading a photo of the “cancelled cheque”.
  9. You will get an “OTP ”on your registered mobile number.
  10. Submit that OTP and submit your application.

Q. How to reset a password without access to a linked mobile/email?

Q. What can I do if my password expires?

  1. Open the MoneySukh Pro app
  2. On the login screen, tap “Forgot Password?”
  3. Enter your user ID/client ID and PAN.
  4. An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number/email.
  5. Enter the OTP and create a new password.
  6. Confirm the new password and log in again.

Q. What is BO ID, and where can I find that in the MoneySukh Pro application?

BO ID stands for Beneficial Owner Identification Number. It is a 16-digit unique number assigned to you when you open a Demat account with a Depository Participant.

Steps to find BO ID in MoneySukh Pro Application:

  1. First download and then log in to the “MoneySukh Pro” app.
  2. To download the application, follow the below link:
  3. Then go to my profile section and click on “Back Office”.
  4. After that, click on the three lines given at the top left corner.
  5. Now you will see a “Profile” section; click on that, and you will find all details related to your Demat account.

Q. How to set up an NRI account?

  • If you're an NRI and want to invest in Indian markets through MoneySukh, you will need to open an NRI Demat & Trading account.
  • There is only offline mode to set up your NRI trading account.
