Q. What is the procedure for closing my Demat and trading account?

Ways to close your Demat account are given below:

• You can do this process online through this → (LINK)
• First, click on the above link, and then it will take you to the “Modification Portal”.
• After that select “Account Closure” and press continue.
• Then select which thing you want to close (like only trading, only Demat account, or both trading and Demat account). Also write “Reason for closure”.
• Then press “Save”.
• And your request will be submitted for closure of your account, and it will take 2-3 business days.
• Or you can do it in offline mode by downloading and filling the account closure form. (Form) and send it to this address (via post or courier): Plot Number 6, Mansukh House, Pandav Nagar, Delhi-110092
